Lagan's career spans over 20 years of entrepreneurial and management experience - in 6 countries across 3 continents.  Throughout her career, Lagan has founded and operated many small businesses of her own and in the past 4 years has been in various executive leadership roles in her family's business. CNC Industries Ltd. She has been instrumental in leading the company's operation in Vietnam, and currently serves as Chief of Strategy and People.

Lagan's passion is helping businesses and individuals define and achieve their Vision and creating alignment to purpose and values. Throughout her career she leveraged her academic research and practical experience to teach, coach, facilitate and consult. Since 2007, Lagan has helped top business schools and companies around the world design and deliver leadership development programs focused on leadership and personal mastery.

During her immersive experiences in India and Thailand, Lagan embarked on a spiritual journey, studying under revered spiritual teachers and embracing the practice of Buddhism. This profound connection to spirituality infuses her coaching practice with wisdom, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to self-discovery.  Lagan is also a mom of 3 energetic boys and 2 goldendoodles!  Her and her boys continue to be based between Asia and Canada, living a life that is highly customized and aligned to what they value most – love, learning and service.
